The Process

What to Expect With One-Eighty PT & Wellness

One-Hour Assessment

We start with a compassionate conversation to understand your goals, concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and spiritual priorities. This sets the foundation for a deeply personal, faith-rooted approach to care.

Physical Function

Through hands-on evaluation, we assess your posture, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and alignment. This helps identify the root causes of pain or dysfunction rather than just managing symptoms. (For virtual visits, this is all done visually and through movement screening.)

Nutrition, Eating Habits, Medications

We review your dietary patterns, relationship with food, and current medications from a functional and biblical health lens. The goal is to reduce inflammation, optimize energy, and support healing through food as medicine—always grounded in God's wisdom for how the body was designed to function.

Ergonomics and Sleep

Your everyday habits matter. We assess your work setup, posture, and sleep hygiene to make targeted recommendations that support physical recovery, reduce stress, and improve restfulness in alignment with rhythms of restoration.

Blood Labs

Using functional lab work, we look beyond standard ranges to identify imbalances, deficiencies, or hidden dysfunctions. This gives us objective insights into your internal health so we can support healing at the cellular level.

The Goals and The Plan

When the process is complete, we will create a plan TOGETHER. No more providers telling you what to do with your input. It is your body to steward, so let's create a plan together that works for YOU.
